Last year I transferred my Mobile to a standalone account and changed the Direct debit. This was done. However I've recently tried to create a My Vodafone account and the system advises that the Mobile is linked to another My Vodafone Account. It was originally registered under my husbands MY VF account and no longer shows under it. Please can you help resolve, so that I can access my billing history.

Your Husband would have needed to complete a Transfer of ownership and you would have needed to accept the contract into your name here: Transfer of Ownership If this was fully completed you would have been able to set up an account in your name.
It sounds like the contract is still in your Husbands name although transferred to a standalone account with the direct debit coming from your account.

Hi, thank you for replying. Transfer of ownership was completed and the DD was updated. I've now sent an IM to Vodafone Customer Care.
