I am at my wits end. When I try to log on to my vodaphone to set up my new galaxy watch it says invalid username. So I go through the process and put in my pin and it tells me the effing username I just tried to put in. I've spoken to tens of advisors all who mysteriously get cut off after an hour of constantly sending me password resets and being convinced I'm just typing it wrong. There must be some solution to this I'm a hair's breadth away from just throwing in the towel and going back to o2.
Unfortunately my experience with my Samsung Galaxy s3 Frontier Watch is via a Bluetooth connection to my N20 Ultra so I can't go through the set up personally with you @ELLCKLC
If the Vodafone help pages are not resolving this and as you say you have tried Vodafone Customer services then perhaps give the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries a go at helping.
