The app has been like this now for over a year, when will it be fixed.

Hi @huntersmummy! I'm sorry you're unable to access your MyVodafone app with us. Just to confirm, are you able to log into your online account with us and view your information there?
Do you receive the above error when loading the app or does this appear when you try to then click into another section of the app? If this is appearing on start up, please uninstall the app and reinstall this. If this is appearing when you're trying to access another section, please try to reset the app within itself by going to Settings > App > Reset the app > Reset
If you're still receiving the error after trying to above steps, please reach out to our Social Media team and they'll be able to get a fault form raised for you 🙂

I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded many times now, it happens when opening the app and when I go to log in online it doesn’t allow me to see my account it gets an error once I get past the log in section and select which account I want to view. I’m sick of it now, it was supposed to be fixed months ago but I guess it’s not.

The first thing to try, if you haven't already, would be to make sure you're connecting over mobile data rather than wifi - that way the system can recognise your number and connect quickly.
If you've done this, or it still doesn't work, drop the Social Media team a note on Facebook or Twitter and they'll investigate for you. It may be that the account needds to be deleted and set up again, but they can find out.
