Hi,
I need to get hold of the fraud team ASAP as my brand new number has been locked. I presume for sending a large number of texts to my contacts letting them know my number has changed. Not helpful and really not ideal. They have not got back to me and I need my number for work. Would really appreciate if someone could help me resolve ASAP.

The Vodafone department you speak of are not customer facing so there is no direct telephone number for them, however the fastest route is 191 from a phone with a working Vodafone sim in it or from a landlines 0333 304191 or Live Chat.
Another option is Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries which is the Vodafone Social Media Team's.
Vodafone have a fair usage policy which is in place to stop businesses using their sims to send multiple texts etc so as your not in this category then Vodafone should be able to sort this out for you hopefully pretty quickly.

Hi - I have also had the same experience. I presume for also sending bulk texts to my contacts informing them of my change of number. I have left a message with the fraud team but need my number reactivated asap. thanks.

Hi thanks for your help.
The number you have provided is not correct - so would appreciate if you could provide a new one. I have phone customer services to no avail. Just telling me to 'wait' which isnt good enough as I need my new number for work and need to be contacted in emergencies. So frustrated.

I have it as 03333 040 191. Try that.
