Ive been with Vodafone for well over 10 years but my latest contract I’ve had for around a year with payments taken monthly. I signed into my bank the other day and saw a new payment called VODAFONE LTDDEVICE which came out in October but it’s the only charge for this as my phone shows VODAFONE LTD. I cancelled it just incase it was a dodgy payment because I’ve never had it come out the whole time I’ve changed to my new contract? if it’s legit is there a reason for the new charge now and not during my years contract?
I’m a little confused why it’s just being charged now after having the contract a while? I believe I’m eligible for an upgrade next may aswell? I’ve always just paid the same each month and this second payments come out once over the term?
