I received my new phone and SIM on Friday 15th Dec and i have Emergency Calls Only.
I have completed 2 chats with Vodafone customer services and was told it would activate when my Port In completes, today 18th. However, it is still showing Emergency Calls Only and I'm anxious that I'll be without service when my number is Ported Out from the old service provider, EE.
Its very frustrating that I have no temporary number and I am unable to set up the Vodafone app so unable to pass any privacy policy. I'm just going round in circles and this is my first experience of Vodafone zero out of 10 so far. VERY disappointing..
