New customer - can't sign into my account

Hi all. I signed up as a Vodafone customer a couple of days ago. Since then I've been unable to sign into my account using the details sent to me, both on the website and in the app. Each time I get to an 'unexpected error' message. This has been happening for 48 hours. I'm concerned because the switch from my current operator happens tomorrow and I've no way of downloading my eSIM if I can't access my account! 😬 Anyone else? Any ideas? Cheers, Leo.

Hi @LeoJBR 👋 Please don`t worry while your services are moving over form another supplier your online account will be unavailable, soon after the switch is complete you will be able to log in. If you need any help in the meantime please contact via the information in this link.
