Hi all,
Very confused, I completed and received the relevant information that I had been successful in ordering a new contract mobile with Voda. Signed everything and recieved many texts and emails with relevant info including my username and temporary password...... HOWEVER
I have been trying for 2hrs everything to skgn in, Firstly it says jnternal error, then after clicking back to login the system wants to send a code to my mobile, yet when it does and I enter it no matter what just error keeps happening.........
Is anyone having this trouble or know what I can do to login to my account.

Hi @Danevans
The account is set up and ready for you to activate with your choice of user name and password when the phone and SIM have been received and the account is active.
You should receive the first bill about 1 week after joining and this will include part of a month pro rata plus one full months charges. Until are out of the pro rata period with some billing information on line, although you will be able to sign in you won't be able to view any account information to manage the account online. To view both parts of your monthly contract see FAQ's here: Evo

Like you, I'm a new customer too & I tried to activate my online account for 30 mins or so. You can be assured you wont be the first or the last try to do it.
In fact I actually recently posted feedback to voda about this very issue as that email is very confusing.
Voda really need to re-word the email or not send it at all to new customers as it prompts a new customer to try and do something which is not possible at that stage in the buying process. The way its worded you assume that you must activate this to progress with your order etc (which obviously is not the case)
Thankfully you (like me) got the issue resolved from here in the community forum.
