I have upgraded my phones late last week and my new phone has arrived. However, my old contract got “terminated” as a result of my new upgrade as I upgraded with the same type of contract (unlimited max with 3xtra benefits including entertainment). Vodafone cancelled my entertainment plan and now I’m unable to even activate a new entertainment plan for my new contract it has been 4 days and no update that my order has been completed?
any ideas for how to get my airtime plan working for my new phone?

That's a conundrum as upgrading directly with Vodafone should have been seamless with your tariff too.
This is going to need account access which isn't available via this forum @ESTHERDASILVA
Call 191 or use Live Chat and they'll access your account.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams can only access your account if you contact them via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
There's information in here about entertainment packs and Vodafone support will also help you with this.

update my airtime plan is working great but still no entertainment plan the live chat people have been useless they keep saying to wait 24 hours and that because I raised multiple requests that my order hasn’t been marked as complete and that it doesn’t work till that is done.
