Hi

So I upgraded my phone and airtime plan on Monday and since then I can not get my data to work, but can call and send sms. converted my sim to an eSIM. Took out a month month contract on an eSIM tried it on the same device and the data works on that. So my thinking is is that there is an issue with my upgrade on my airtime. Any help would be appreciated.

Same problem here... No mobile data after 3 days of the port and multiple calls to customer service.
