I need help asap PLEASE!

I want to pay off some debt I was not aware off however I do not know my phone number for that account but I am able to supply all other information related. It is affecting my credit score so who do I need to get in touch with?

The best way to get this solved @tariq1 is by sending the Social Team a message through social channels here: Contact Us they will be able to get this investigated with the Credit Team and help as much as possible.

Paying off the debt will make the default then show as settled instead of outstanding.

Paying the debt wouldn't then remove the default I'm afraid.

A warranted default will stay on your Credit File for 6 years.
