Hi,

Does anyone know what the Cupid Code is as part of the process to port away from One Net? Should be three digits.

Thanks

Thank you, Jack, my VoIP sipgate and Magrathea doesn't support port 007 Cupid code for years, I believe most of VoIP provider cannot port from 007. I am stuck here with no function with my landline which I need basic call diversion.

@eeekingeee, can you give 013 a go please?

We're hoping that this is correct for what you're needing it for. Let us know how you get on 🙂

@eeekingeee did you ever manage to port your phone number away from Vodafone gigafast to another voip provider?

I'd love to know as well, as I'm in exactly the same boat and getting nowhere!

I'm also a bit alarmed at some of the moderator responses here, to just give a different CUPID code a try? That sounds a bit hit and miss doesn't it? I'll gladly try 013 as well, if Vodafone will pickup any charges associated with a failed port request?

Also interesting that the codes referenced earlier in this thread have been 'removed' when they're published publicly by OFCOM? This tends to suggest a lack of understanding.

Hey @andrewpitts15@Wardy555 If you've had issues doing this using the details you have available. I'd recommend that you reach out to our dedicated team to get some clarity around this. I'm really sorry the information we've provided for you here hasn't been helpful. You can reach out to the dedicated team by calling 080 8060 0802 from any UK mobile or landline.

That's not a Vodafone telephone number I've been given before, and I thought I'd tried most of them!

Which dedicated team is this for please?

I'm on a call to this number right now. Manage to get through to a 'porting' department (allegedly)....

Lo and behold.... they don't know what a CUPID code is. Oh joy.

Just to update: that number above does not get you through to a 'dedicated team'. You still need to go through the usual numbered options and mention what you're calling about. And I've now spent more time trying to explain what a CUPID code is and why it's required - to be told "we don't have CUPID codes" ..... "just submit the porting request and it will be accepted"

This really is 'Customer Service' at an entirely new level!

I've not heard of a "Cupid Code" myself @ewanrw

But its my understanding that to port away from them you would need a Pac and use that within 30 days by giving it to another Uk Network.
