Online chat support not working

Does anyone know why the online chat support is not working? I'm clicking on the button but nothing happens. The other buttons work. I can't call because I've lost my voice.

This is so frustrating, why does everything to do with Vodafone customer service have to be so difficult?

 Try clearing your Browsers Cache and Cookies and or try another Browser.
