Hi, I ordered new phone yesterday. They sent me an e-mail and said your phone will be arrive tomorrow. I have track number (WEB-.......) but that's all. I can't track my order with that number, my phone is not dispatched so far and not any new information about my order. When will be dispatched?

Vodafone will keep you updated throughout the order process and you will receive an updated email when the phone is out for delivery with full trackable information.  If delivery is being made by DPD, they are usually quite good and will send a text with a 1 hour time slot for delivery.
