Outstanding Charge

Hi all, 

Is anyone able to advise as to whether an outstanding charge of £14 has been cleared? 
I have defaulted on my credit history - which seems a very small amount to now have badly affected by credit history for the next 6 years . 

If someone could send a private message so i could share more details that would be much appreciated.

Please contact them via Facebook or Twitter via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll check by asking their dedicated Credit File Specialist Team.

However a default won't be removed if warranted for 6 years even when the debt is paid off as Vodafone have a Duty of care to show a default.

Paying would make the debt show as settled.

I believe that, if you settle the debt, it may be possible to get the flag changed from Default to Settled.   It's worth asking about this.
