Monthly price has increased by over double despite having no changes to the plan or any add ons. Why is this happening and how can it be fixed?

The first thing would be to have a look at your online account.   Have there been any chargeable events (calls outside your inclusive package, for instance)?   Has a free subscription offer period expired and you're now being charged for something (which you may want to cancel)?   Have you had a time-limited discount that's now finished?

Adding to @hrym advice if you call 191 , use Live Chat or ask the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries they'll be able to access your account and check.

Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum.

I wish you all the best with this.

Hi @smac18

If you are on an old legacy plan and out of contract, Vodafone may have migrated your contract to one of the latest plans.  If this applies to your situation, Vodafone would have sent an email notification before the move in 30 days time.

As already mentioned, you need to check the plan and billing dates, if you have been put on a new tariff, you will also have some pro ratered billing.
