Having successfully ported my No to Vodaphone for voice calls, my texts are sent with the original, temporary No as that supplied with the new sym that accompanied the phone, and any texts that are sent to my ported No go to my old device.
Phone is a Samsung A71
Have been on to Vodaphone for 2 hours this afternoon, and they have confirmed hr porting is complete, but not been able to resolve the issue.
I have completed a network reset on the phone - still no joy.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

You need to ask them to raise this to the porting team as if your Vodafone account is with the temporary number and all traffic to your old number is going to your old phone and network, it's clearly not.
Bit of a disappointing customer care experience you've had there but perseverance is the key.
