So, I used up my 2 GB of data last month. It said on 'My Plan' that I have 10 GB recurring extra, no idea how to active that, but on my plan it now says that I have the original 2 GB data back again.
Whenever I go to use mobile data, it says that my internet's not working. If my 2G of data has returned as it's now a new month, why isn't it letting me use it?

Hey @Lakerss93 I hope you're doing well! If you have a recurring data extra, this will automatically activate when you use up your 2GB inclusive data amount. If you are unable to use your 2GB allowance, please drop the Social Media team a message here so they can take a look at your account to make sure everything is set up correctly 🙂
