Reclaim pay monthly number that was disconnected

Can I reclaim a number from a pay monthly account that was recently deactivated?

This is sometimes possible, but there are no guarantees.   Drop the Social Media team a note on Facebook or Twitter and they can look into it for you.

I am sure there will be a 3 month limit for reclaiming the number, this will probably mean reconnecting the number to the cancelled account.

What happens if you ring the number? 

i.e no ringing tone ?

If so then they should be able to help.

As well as the Vodafone Social Media Team option mentioned by @hrym  you could contact Vodafone via Live Chat or 0333 3040191 to speak to an agent and they'll access the account to look at the status of the number and advise accordingly
