Does anyone have an email for these guys? No i dont want to talk to TOBi thanks.
As you can see ur site is dead but you keep charging me for a device that hasn't been touched in 2 monthsgreat

Due to required Security Checks a person can't cancel via an email.
There isn't an email address to use.
A person needs to ring 191 or use Live Chat or contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM and they'll go into this with you.
