Sent phone for repair with DPD, no updates since

Hi

I arranged with the online chat to have my phone collected. DPD duly came yesterday and collected the package. However I can't track it any further with dpd (as I don't have a destination Post Code) and it isn't showing on track-a-repair ("Cannot find your job").

What timeline should I be thinking of until it appears there?

Just some updates for anyone with a similar issue:

track a repair website still not loading any data for me.

Problem reported on online chat around 2pm Saturday.

DPD picked up device on Monday around 2pm.

Confimration that device received at repair centre at 18:45 on Tuesday

Notification that device is coming back at 18:51 on Wednesday (to be sent via DHL).

Currently awaiting notification from DHL

@PaulZAR - I'm sorry we're unable to give a timescale for the repair. You'll receive follow up notifications during the repair process. 

To keep track of the progress, you can go to https://vodafone.co.uk/track-a-repair/ - You'll just need to enter your last name and mobile number. You can also call the repair center on 03333 040 956.

@PaulZAR - My mistake, you did mention it was showing this on our repair tracker on your first post. With it only being collected yesterday, I'd advise to wait a few more days. If it's still the same then, then please contact my team through Social Media and we'll check what's happening with the tracker. You can also call our repair center on the number in my other post.

No notifications from DHL, but replacement device received Thursday. Overall I am happy with the turnaround.
