New Contract / EVO Plan?

Hi there,

I want to check and see if I upgrade to one of the current plans (Unlimited Extrax +3 Benefits etc.) and select the device plan as being say 3 months - does that mean after three (3) months I can also leave Vodafone / cancel the plan - not that I want to but to be sure that the airtime part isn't locked for 12/24 months?

I recall having an EVO plan before but yet out of curiosity I sent a text to 85075 and it seemed to calculate a fee - even though I was technically able to leave as I had paid the device off early.

Does this term still apply to new contracts? [If you pay your Phone Plan off in full – you’ve paid off your credit agreement in full. This means you can cancel your Airtime Plan whenever you want, with no Early Termination Fee (ETF) or notice period – and leave Vodafone.  - source: What happens when I pay my Device Plan off fully? (vodafone.co.uk)

Thanks!

Hey @centurion. This term applies to both upgrades and new contracts. As long as the Device Plan has been paid off, then you can contact our Cancellations team to have your Airtime plan cancelled.

If you don't wish to cancel your Airtime plan, you'll be kept on a monthly rolling contract or you can change to a different tariff 😊
