I am having difficulty accessing the app to watch sports as part of my plan. Up until today it was working. I have tried clearing the cache and reinstalling with no luck. It asks me to connect using my Sky ID or internet provider. I follow the instructions but fails to do anything. I am completing this on data only NOT WiFi...any help?
