I upgraded my account so as I could make and receive calls etc on my phone while abroad, I am now in Spain and have discovered that I still can't make calls because there is a supposed bar on calls etc while abroad and it's asking me to sign into my account to disable this. Here lies the problem...I can't receive calls or texts and it needs to send a verification code for me to access my account 🙈 any advice welcome please

If you can't resolve this via your myvodafone @L4dycr0f7 then I'd suggest Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger.

Live chat isn’t working as it keeps telling me that there isn’t anyone available to live chat. I’ll look into twitter and Facebook. Thank you so much.

Any sign in to twitter as I need a text verification also and the Facebook messenger is a bot that won’t put me through to anyone. Just keeps giving me links to help page or back to the main menu. Any other suggestions would be fab
