Are Vodafone planning to add the Sony Xperia 1 iii to their line up when it's released in the UK in Summer of 2021 (expected to be August)?

I've been a past Sony supported for several generations via Vodafone pay monthly. I'd like to carry that on.

This is very disappointing. A phone that was showcased nearly 6 months ago is still not listed. It's August now and is not on the coming soon page. A real shame.

From what I can tell publicly websites are suggesting the release date is August 19th.

Sony is suggesting pre-orders for rrp £1199.  Hopefully Vodafone will have some pricing nearer the time?  Any promos with extra free kit like headphones?  I would love to see a WF-1000XM4 bundle.

O2 have already offering this in their line up, alas Voda have not, nor shown on the coming soon.

This is ##~## poor.  I have been on a webchat (Painfull), whattsapp (Painfull) and finally got through to a call centre to be told they are not selling it, to keep an eye out on the webiste (Hich isnt working atm) and to look next week.  

Im sorry but as a loyal customer for 20+ years, being one of the main phone companies, vodafone should have its ##~## in gear and look after all its customers not just the sheep following the crowd.  You are the Ryanair of the mobile phone market @vodaphone.  yet other small companies can sell it with VF contract! What gives? 

Do I need to change to EE or O2 as they seem to want my custom!

It would at least be helpful to know if Vodafone will ever hold the new mark iii Xperia, or if they'll have to be a wait. I've been waiting for the new Xperia for a while, and now my contract is nearing an end, if Vodafone won't be holding this phone I may have to turn to EE or O2, which would be a shame after so many years with Vodafone.
