Hi, I bought the "100GB Hero Red Extra Plan -12 months " sometime in Feburary 2019.
As the name suggests, it's for 12 months.
However, i have not only been billed for March but i'm also going to be billed for April.
I haven't used the sim since early Feb of this year as i moved to Three.
Any help would be appreicated since live chat doesn't seem to be a thing ATM.
It does state in my account "Agreement ends of Feb 28th 2020"
Solved! Go to best answer.

When you moved to Three did you ask for a Pac from Vodafone and give that to Three to take your mobile number with you ?
If so your Vodafone contact should have automatically ended and be sent the final bill.
Have a word with Customer service.
If you just opened up a new contract with Three and decided you didn't want to take your number to Three then your Vodafone contract would have dropped onto a 30 day rolling contract when the 12 months came to fruition.
A person needs to give Vodafone 30 days notice to end a contract when its term is nearly been reached or goes over the initial term to end it @HellaAnnoyedTha

As per your Terms and conditions, the contract is for a minimum term and not a fixed term. If you did not cancel after the minimum term, the contract will continue to roll over on a month to month basis until you do something about it and contact Vodafone to cancel.
If Vodafone cancelled immediately after the minimum term, you can just imagine the complaints with the sudden loss of service and the loss of an important number.
You can cancel from here: Cancellation
edited to add: When you cancel, Vodafone will send 2 further bills, when you receive the 0.00 bill, you will know there is nothing further owed and it is safe to cancel the direct debit. It would be worth checking your credit file also, Vodafone seem to be leaving the account side open and continue to report on your credit file.

thanks for the reply. Honestly don't remember seeing that when ticking boxes.
side note - think more customers would be annoyed they're getting charged randomly than them forgetting their contracted ended when they thought it would.

Totally understand and appreciate that some details are not fully understood when going through the excitement of choosing a new phone and opening up a new contract.
It is in the T&C's but I'm sure not everyone reads them word for word although it is best to do so.
Just please explain to Vodafone Customer services you didn't know and they'll look after you to end the contract.

If you are out of your minimum term and don't want to move your number over, get a STAC from Vodafone and give that to Three.
You won't have to pay 30 days notice if you use a PAC or STAC.
