Switching from Leara - POC rejected

Hi,

I am trying to switch from Lebara to Vodafone pay monthly SIM deal.

I have my PAC from Lebara. When I checkout on the Vodafone site and select "switching from another provider button", it asks for the PAC and my current number which I input.

But when I submit, I get an error that says "Code rejected. Please check your PAC or STAC code and phone number." The details I entered are right and I have tried couple of times.. 

Any suggestions ?

Unless it has changed Lebara use the Vodafone network in the UK @kiranjoshy123 and that will most probably be where you are having the problem. you would effectively be porting Vodafone to Vodafone.  You more than likely find you wouldn't have any problems porting to any other network.  A workaround would be to port the number to any other network on PAYG when the number moves port into Vodafone from the other network.

I would recommend dropping the Social Team a message here: Contact Us they will advise the best way to move your number to the Vodafone network.
