Swap esim

Hello, 

I'm so stupid. some time ago I removed the network plan from iwatch (I didn't know it was so hard to add it again), today I tried (thoughtlessly) to make a swap sim but I already have an esim for this number. the effect does not work on the network from the old esim and the QR code from the new one can not add. if someone is able to help, please!
in addition, I go on vacation on Tuesday ;(

The only way you are going to get this solved is by speaking to an advisor through Customer Services or live chat @klaudia  With Monday being the day of the Queen's funeral time is short.
