Take Vodafone to Court!

I am so frustrated and angry with this company!  I have been with Vodafone for around 15-20 years until the start of this year. Approximately 1 and half years ago, I found out that they added devices (which should have been in a business account) to my personal account in a separate area though so didn’t show with my two personal devices. Personal devices fully paid up on a monthly basis, no issues. Business devices had the direct debit stopped by Vodafone and the bills started to arrive. No one would listen on the phone, on chats, via email or letter. They demanded money from me personally, not the business. They’ve added same to my credit file. They kept disconnecting my personal devices which were paid up, several times and then reconnecting, until finally disconnecting mine and leaving my daughters alone. They refused to reconnect (even though fully paid), wouldn’t listen about business devices, would not give me my pac code before or after disconnecting and still will not! They refuse and say they don’t have to as it’s been disconnected, but it wasn’t when I asked prior and there has never been any monies owed on the phone! I am owed money from them for taking monies and disconnecting me! I’m going to have to take Vodafone to Court now as they simply will not listen to anyone… disgusting service!

I appreciate how frustrating and upsetting this must be for you @Karnsarah 

Now it's completely upto you on how you proceed with this.

However, I would suggest to file a complaint Here and then Vodafone have 8 week's to bring about an amicable resolution, or they'll then have to provide a Deadlock Letter so you can ask the Communications Ombudsman to engage on your behalf.

The Communications Ombudsman will only become involved once you've met the criteria as set in ombudsman-services.org.
