Talkmobile number is blocking all Vodafone numbers

I moved a number from Vodafone to Talkmobile recently. 

After it was ported to Talkmobile I have found that it doesn't accept calls from Vodafone numbers.  If a Vodafone user rings it  it comes up with a 'number not valid' error and ends the call. 

Vodafone say that the number was correctly ported and is off their system.  Talkmobile have issued a replacement SIM card and it didn't make any difference.

I have noticed that if Vodafone users change their phone settings from 4G/5G to 3G, then they can get through to the Talkmobile number. 

Talkmobile blames Vodafone and Vodafone blames Talkmobile for being responsible for the fault. 

No-one can solve the fault.

That's very strange Talkmobile is owed by and is part of Vodafone.

However, you are now on Talkmobile and this means you are no longer on the Vodafone system and will need to take this up directly with Talkmobile here: Talkmobile

Like I said, Talkmobile say it is Vodafone that is the issue and Vodafone say it is Talkmobile.  I was wondering whether anyone had come across anything similar or had any suggestions....other than to say it was Talkmobile causing the issue. 

I can also say that it isn't a device issue as I can swap the SIM card to any device and still have the same problem.

I am still a Vodafone customer, hence the issues phoning this phone with my Vodafone number. 

I will get back onto Talkmobile.

Looks like Talkmobile tech have solved the issue now.
