Hi all. Just need some help. I have just ordered the new s23 today and didnt realise i could trade my phone in until after i completed my order. Is there anything that can be done where i can add this on now or is it to late. I just found out i would get £504 for the trade in. Cheers.

Have a look at the faqs here https://www.vodafone.co.uk/mobile/vodafone-trade-in and " Once we give you a quote for your phone, it’s guaranteed – as long as you buy an Airtime Plan (either with a phone or as SIM only) within seven days.  "

Good luck with the Vodafone Trade in tool. It appears to be a massive scam by Vodafone to under value perfectly fine phones. Let us know what it says.
