Transferred wrong number to old number

I will be ringing Vodafone when lines are open, however wanted options or possible solutions in the meantime. 


The family have all changed phones/plans, so we received 3 phones and 3 sims today. They were supposed to have the same numbers, but we've already called about that and it wasn't put on the order. We all received new numbers - our old numbers were with onecom. So, we started to transfer the new numbers back to our old numbers through keep your number. Accidentally we've requested my mums new number to be transferred to old number. I don't know if this will cause any other problems, but obviously me and my mum have different plans and I would prefer my number for the convenience of work and such. 


The transfer should happen on or by 11/11, is it possible to cancel this? If it is canceled can I request another PAC for my old number and transfer it again? Is there any other options to fix this? thanks.

I think the best course of action here is to indeed contact Vodafone Customer Services via 191 asap to get them to officially clarify what the next course of action can be to rectify this.

We are fellow customers like you so understandably do not have access to accounts , so it would be not right for me to say this may / may not happen as you need it to.

The Vodafone Social Media Teams also have account access if you contact them via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM  > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
