Unable to buy a basic sim card as a new customer

Hi

I have been trying since yesterday to sign up as a new mobile customer on a basic sim only deal.  Every time I get to the end of the details, it says "something's not right with your personal details". I have tried multiple times and double checked all of the information.  I have accessed your site via Safaari, Bing and Google Chrome but none work.  I called vodaphone sales and the lady told me it's a common problem but she wasn't allowed to sell me a basic package over the phone.  She told me the only other option is to go to a vodaphone shop.  I can't believe it can be so hard to become a new customer! Can you help please?

I appreciate how frustrating this must be.

After all you just want to become a customer.

A long shot but try clearing the cookies and caches and form fill information of your browsers and try again.

If this again is fruitless then the option to visit a Vodafone Highstreet Store maybe your only recourse.
