Unable to receive calls after porting number from VOXI to Vodafone (Pay Monthly)

Hi , I recently moved from VOXI to Vodafone (Pay Monthly) . My old number was ported to Vodafone but I am not able to receive calls now. When anyone tries to call my number they are greeted with a voice message "The number you have called is not recognised" . Outgoing calls and data are all working fine. When I make a call  the receiving  party can see the correct number on their caller id.  The strange thing is that SMS seems to be working OK both incoming and outgoing.   I believe this is an issue related to the porting . I read on this forum that this issue is sometimes caused due to files being corrupted while Porting is being done. 

I have tried everything from restarting my phone , taking Sim out , changing the phone but nothing has helped.  Vodafone live chat has no clue and have not been able to help.

You would have continued to use the same SIM card when changing from Voxi to Vodafone @mahmadsaif and there wouldn't have been any porting files.

This is going to need account access, the best way to get this solved is to drop the Social Team a message through social channels here Contact the Social Team 

Thank you. I've been in touch with the social media team for the last two days . Still no resolution.
