Unknown account details

I have found on my credit report an old Vodafone account has £5 still open on it but I have no details which to clear it and close it. I have tried to call the helpline but it keeps cutting me off as I have no details even the phone number it was linked to. Can anyone from Vodafone contact me and help? Thanks

They can't contact you from the forum due to security protocols but you can message the Social Media Teams and they'll endeavour to help @Jojo1982oct

If you had an account with Vodafone @Jojo1982oct  your details should still be available using your postcode, address and possibly date of birth.

Follow this link: Contact us about your credit file 

When you complete and submit the form you don't need a Vodafone number, include as much information as possible and enter your current number to enable them to have a contact.
