When I try to Flexi-Upgrade it says, "There is a problem on our side".
Now I cannot access my account as it shows 502 - Bad Gateway.
I used another internet browser and it lets me login, choose the upgrade and the same thing happens again.

Vodafone used to offer flexi upgrades but with the new Evo plans here: Evo you need to be out of contract, Vodafone won't discuss upgrading when there is still time remaining on the contract.
If you are currently on an Evo plan and pay off the device part of the contract, this will end the airtime part of the contract, this will then continue as a 30 day SIM only plan until you cancel or change your contract to include a new Evo plan with a new device and airtime plan.

It says Flexi upgrade today for a fee of £3.49 (both on the website and within the Vodafone app).
When it comes to choosing the plan for the new phone, it shows this:
