I have requested to keep my VOXI mobile number that I’ve had for years as I’ve signed up to a new Vodafone pay monthly contract. Today, I got an email from Vodaphone porting team saying they cannot locate my phone number on their system and that I should try again. My VOXI sim stopped working and I’m afraid my number is lost forever. Has this ever happened to anyone? Please help. Why is it so complicated Vodaphone?

Even if your VOXI number has been disconnected, it should be able to be reconnected. Once it is active again, you should be able to replace your temporary Pay Monthly number with the VOXI number just as you would with any Pay as You Go to Pay Monthly.
Should try getting it reactivated and heading to Vodafone.co.uk/KeepMyNumber to complete the process.

Have a word with Voxi Customer services to have this looked at.
Voxi > Managing-my-account/Contact.
At the end of the day they are the same company so should be able to get this sorted.
A person usually has 90 days to get a number reactivated @marcinlondon
