On Wednesday, I requested a PAYG to monthly transfer for my number. On Thursday the VOXI account was closed and the number terminated. Since then I've been on Twitter for hours at a time jumping through hoops, getting passed from person to person, repeating myself over and over.
Apparently the transfer order is on my account but why is it taking this long? Now I have to wait all weekend. I used this number for everything and can't even log into my bank or make card payments online.
I need my number restored and transferred to the monthly contract as per my request form ASAP.

We also understand the importance of keeping connected on your existing number, especially for purposes such as logging into your online banking and making payments.
As we don't have access to your account(s) via the Community, we would be unable to comment on the current status of your switch from VOXI to Vodafone Pay Monthly. That being said, rest assured that our Social Media team will be doing everything they can to help.
