My boyfriend has been with Vodafone for over ten years. Last year he switched his account from business to personal which was confirmed as being completed by Vodafone. Recently he called them with a query and while looking at his account, the agent said his account was still a business account and he would have to re-complete and re-submit the forms to get it switched. They're now trying to charge him double but won't explain why. I think this is unfair as it's an error their end.

Ask your boyfriend to contact the Social Team for account access by following this link @purplevelvet Contact Us they will be able to see exactly what has happened.
As far as the account is concerned if the change of ownership was completed for the airtime part of the contract this will show on the online account and Application, if your boyfriend had a device loan set up as part of Evo, this will be separate.

It's reasonable to want everything fully explained and that the bill is correct @purplevelvet
He will need to persevere with Customer Services and if he feels it necessary raise the issue via > https://www.vodafone.co.uk/help-and-information/complaints/code-of-practice
