Hi, I'm having an issue where it appears my online Vodafone account is tied to an old PAYG plan I no longer use but My Vodafone app is set up for my current Pay Monthly plan (under a different account number).
Is there a way to resolve this so that my online account is tied to my current active Pay Monthly account? Any ideas would be welcome!
