Vodafone won't send my PAC code

I've requested a PAC code by texting 65075 and my pin but Vodafone won't send the code. The company wants me to phone them and be charged at the same time. I belive this is illegal

Has Vodafone clarified exactly why they want a phone call @1vb7  🤔

This isn't normal and so must have a reason why. 

Have a word with the Vodafone Social Media Teams who have full account access for support is my advice.
