I ordered my new pay monthly phone 2 weeks ago and my contract has just been confirmed. I’ve been advised that now I can confirm the Vodafone advantage discount but the links I have found on the forum aren’t working and I am struggling to do this.. I have only found the Vodafone advantage code which you apply to your check out before you order your phone if you are already a a member. Can anyone advise and send me the link?

As per the T & C's here: Vodafone Advantage You must apply the discount in the online checkout basket at point of sale. If you don't do this you won't be eligible for the offer, the discount cannot be added after purchase.
If you have ordered without adding the discount, you will need to cancel and reorder. You can ask the Social Team if there is any other way to apply the discount but as this is mentioned in the T & C's they may be unable to help. You can speak to the Team through Social Channels here: Contact Us

I have already raised a complaint re staff members in store who advised they couldn’t discuss the advantage discount with me as it had to be applied over the phone which was incorrect advice. The complaint manager advised I would be able to apply the discount as soon as my contract had been confirmed which was today. I will try and ring Vodafone and see if I can get some correct advice off someone..

Hello @Alu96 - I'm sorry there's been any confusion with this.
As @AnnS has mentioned, you must use your Vodafone Advantage promotional code when place take your order online, to get the discount.
Please contact our Returns team on 191 from a Vodafone phone or 03333 040 191 from a landline, and we'll be able to cancel your order so you can place a new one.
