Vodafone didn’t uphold their side of the contract

How can I cancel my contract without getting a penalty.  I hire a pay monthly plan for my son 3 months ago. He has a pay as to go number. Still now! I asked to be transferred to the pay monthly plan they day I signed up for a plan. They assured in the shop that it was going to be transferred.  Till no it hasn’t happened I have called many many times to get this sorted. Countless hours of my time. Even a month and a half ago I talked to a supervisor and he said he would give me some money back because I paid without receiving the service of data and calls etc. but that it was going to be sorted within 48 hours. A month and a half later not sorted yet. I have been charged punctuality every single month for a service I haven’t received.  This is an abuse! Yesterday someone told me that I have to fill in a form to get it done. Really? After 3 months ? And someone assured me that it will be done in 48 hours. So 3 months later I have to be dealing with it ? At this point I just want to cancel the contract.  It was a failure of your part for more than 90 days. How do I do. Because I am ready to go legal about it if necessary. I have emails of Vodafone saying they received the request of transferring the number. 3 emails. And never done!  This is my last attempt to contact you and see if I can get it cancel, my experience has been really bad. I have my also my phone plan with you and also broadband. If I don’t manage to get it cancel without a penalty from your side. I will have to get it done another way and I will then end my broadband as soon as it expires and also my phone plan which will end very soon, and leave Vodafone for good Please let me know.  Thanks
