Hello. I took out my contract in Jan 2019 for 24 months. MyVodafone says my contract isn't due to end until June 2021 which is 6 months longer than the contract length. I have tried to get in touch but either the 'Tobi' system does not put me through to an employee. Can someone sort this please? This is not the first time vodafone has done something like this to me.

Did you by any chace do an early upgrade? If so, it could be that the time remaining on your original contract has been added to the new one.
Otherwise, with all channels runnign slower than normal, the best way to speak to someone is via Facebook or Twitter. You can leave a message and then simply wait for it to be picked up, rather than hanging on is a queue.
