Vodaphone will not return my money

Hello, the customer service I have received is utterly appalling! I’ve had arguments with customer service over and over again. 

 

I ended my contract with vodaphone and paid the outstanding balance. My payment supposedly bounced when on the phone to a colleague they asked me to make the payment again. Both payments got accepted. When I rang them to tell them. They said they needed my payment ref numbers once given they said they couldn’t do anything?! 

I rang again with a fresh head they then said I don’t have an account with them so they can no longer do anything.

 

I then rang again, the guy got onto my account with no dramas noticed I had seen I had paid twice. But said he has forwarded my case onto someone else. It has now been 2 months of trying to get my money back and nothing has happened. 

I have to told them I need my money back for bills. Not a single care was given. 

Going to have to go to consumer rights act.

I would raise a complaint here: Complaints , this way you will be allocated a case handler.  Alternatively, speak to the Social Team, they will get it solved here: Contact Us 

 

The other alternative is to raise a dispute with your bank, they will be able to see the duplicate payment and you should get your money back quickly.
