My iphone 13 was ordered for deliver on the 9th and I’ve still not received it and it’s on back order for 3 days what can I do I don’t want to cancel as got cases for it already so it be waste of money now as won’t be able to return them

I have ordered on 9th December the blue one for delivery as it was out of stock in Carmarthen shop and still not received it and says on back order for 3 days
