Voxi sim not provisioned

Hi I've ordered a voxi sim it's arrived, i've activated it, i have signal and it's saying not provisioned. I've rebooted device and reinserted the SIM but still saying the same, please advise

Hi @kezar12 

 

SIM not provisioned means the SIM needs to be activated.  As you have activated the SIM it may be in a queue waiting activation and will be online  tomorrow  morning. 

 

If the SIM  is not working tomorrow morning speak to Voxi through Social channels for help and support

@kezar12 Hey! It can take 24 hours for the SIM to activate, so this can happen. Do give our social media team a message and they can just check your account to make sure everything has been set up as it should 😊
