Why do I have a refund?

An amount of £21.70 was paid into my account yesterday under the detail Vodafone Ltd 687. I have paid my usual monthly contract amount at the end of October and have had no contact from Vodafone about this. My accountant will want to know...any idea why?

If your online myvodafone or myvodafone app isn't helping to clear this up then as account access isn't available via this forum you'll need to reach out to customer service via phone or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries who'll be able to clarify for you @Rapunzel
