hi my account has been suspended without warning for no reason.
fraud department sent a text that looked like a scam and than all service cut off.
customer service said nothing they can do have to contact fraud department.
only way to get hold of them is by leaving them a voicemail which i have done but not heard back.
this is really affecting me, i am unable to login online anywhere without receiving one time passwords and wife cant get hold of me.
i need help urgently.
has anyone got a direct contact within fraud who can help?

Unfortunately there isn't a direct number for the fraud department but you could liase with the Vodafone Social Media Team's who maybe able to chase this up for you @joegateshead
