Refund Line charges

Recently left Vodafone and took my number with me. I have been debited for a full month line rental but left on the day contact finished. When will i get my refund and will they give us interest for keeping that  money?

So Im trying to have a default removed. My son took out a phone in my name several years ago unbeknown to me and didnt pay. It has since been paid but theres a default on my account, affecting my credit rating. Can I appeal this in any way?
